I have been building drums for 18 years & I specialise in the construction of segment & stave drum shells from exotic hardwoods such as Purpleheart, Bubinga, Ebony & Thuya Burl which are just a few of the beautiful exotic woods available.

I lived in California for 18 years which is where I started building drums, my first build was a Purpleheart snare drum followed by a 6 piece kit & a few more snares, I exhibited at the 2009 Hollywood Drum Show & then at the NAMM show in Anaheim in 2010 & for the next several years.

I moved back home to England in 2021 & I now have a new workshop in the village of Marsden,

West Yorkshire.

I have exhibited at the UK Drum Show in 2023 & 24 & I will be there again this year in October2026, at the show will be a Maple double kit & several recently built snare drums that have always .been built with the utmost attention to detail.
